This website ("Behavioral AI Radar™") is owned by Fundacja Promocji Badań nad Węchem i AI (Foundation for the Promotion of Research on Olfaction and AI), KRS: 0001201057, NIP: 8361891220, REGON: 543082380. 2. Service Description

Behavioral AI Radar™ is a research and educational platform providing tools for evaluating behavioral risks in AI systems. The platform includes: • HRAIS™ Assessment: A questionnaire-based evaluation of behavioral AI risks across five dimensions. • Semantic Influence Analyzer: AI-powered analysis of text for semantic manipulation patterns. • Context Rot™ Analyzer: AI-powered analysis of conversation logs for context degradation patterns. • Monitoring Dashboard: A self-service portal for continuous behavioral AI risk monitoring with API access. All tools are provided for informational, research, and educational purposes.

3. Nature of the Analysis

Important: The analyses, scores, and risk assessments generated by this platform are: • Informational only — they do not constitute legal, regulatory, psychological, or compliance advice. • AI-generated — results are produced by large language models and may contain inaccuracies, biases, or hallucinations inherent to current AI technology. • Not a substitute for professional expertise — findings should be verified by qualified professionals before being used in decision-making processes. • Non-binding — risk scores and levels are heuristic indicators, not definitive determinations of compliance status. The Foundation and ULhub sp. z o.o. assume no liability for decisions made based on the platform's outputs.

4. Acceptable Use

By using this platform, you agree to: • Use the tools only for their intended purpose (behavioral AI risk analysis). • Not submit illegal, harmful, or abusive content for analysis. • Not attempt to manipulate the AI analysis through prompt injection, adversarial inputs, or similar techniques. • Not use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the platform beyond the provided API. • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the system prompts, scoring algorithms, or proprietary methodologies. • Respect rate limits and fair usage policies. • Not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the platform's outputs without written permission from the Foundation.

5. Rate Limits & Fair Use

To ensure service quality and prevent abuse, the following limits apply: • Semantic / Context Analysis: 5 requests per 5 minutes per IP address. • API submissions (monitoring): 20 requests per hour per API key. • Contact form: 5 submissions per 10 minutes. • Assessment: 10 submissions per 5 minutes. Exceeding these limits will result in temporary access restriction (HTTP 429). Persistent abuse may result in permanent blocking.

6. Intellectual Property

The following are trademarks and intellectual property of the Foundation: • Behavioral AI Radar™ • HRAIS™ (Human Risk AI Scoring) • Decision Integrity™ • Context Rot™ The methodologies, frameworks, scoring models, and assessment logic are proprietary. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial use is prohibited. Assessment results and analysis reports generated for your use are licensed to you for internal use only.

7. Payments

If paid services are introduced in the future, payments will be processed by Stripe, Inc. (stripe.com). All payment transactions will be subject to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. Pricing, refund policies, and subscription terms will be communicated separately before any paid features are activated.

8. Email Communications

Email communications (assessment results, monitoring alerts, newsletters) may be facilitated through GetResponse. By subscribing to our newsletter or requesting email delivery of results, you consent to receiving these communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. • The Foundation and ULhub sp. z o.o. are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated analyses. • Service availability is not guaranteed — maintenance, updates, or external factors may cause temporary interruptions.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be resolved by the courts competent for the seat of the Foundation, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
